Welch’s Grape Juice Buzz Kit

Welchs needed to create an immediate and lasting impression around the introduction of a new line of juice products branded “Farmers Pick”. They specifically wanted to target buyers within their most valued accounts such as Walmart and Kroger. The success criteria was the make a splash and promote recall.
Freshwater Creative, an agile marketing and design group I was a part of, had the solution. We were to create a “buzz kit” featuring a collectible die-cast farm truck, farmers pick branded signage and packaging, and an informational packet. My direct contribution was graphic design and layout on the signage, packaging, and within the packet.
This “buzz kit” was extremely successful and is a highly sought after novelty item among the Welchs customer base. Lauded by the CEO, several of the buzz kits are on display at the Welchs corporate headquarters.
