Ideation

A local manufacturer approached me with a problem they were encountering. They had already had a website produced by me, and now need a social media presence to speak directly with their clients. The goal was to inform, educate, and build a better relationship with their clients. A facebook page was created with various articles, posts, and videos to boost knowledge and information. Immediately after the launch, the client noticed a difference. Their customers were doing research and reading up on the articles and processes before making contact. This allowed them to start with a shared knowledge base, and help speed the conversations along.
